Inversions are very beneficial to the immune system. If it is safe for you to practice inversions, try to incorporate Legs up the Wall or Legs over the Chair into a daily practice. Make sure you are relaxed and not feeling an active stretch in your hamstrings. This pose will rejuvenate you if you feel tired. It will calm you if you feel anxious. It will boost lung health along with aiding the lymphatic and circulatory systems. It's the "Miracle Pose". Five minutes will do but you might choose longer 🙏🏼
